Starting December 7, 2011!

All breads are made without chemicals, conditioners or preservatives.
All are natural with local grains.
Breads baked daily, ready at 11:00am.

No special orders PLEASE.

Weekly Bread Schedule For in-house pick up.

Monday – Super Mushroom – (Porcini, button, shiitake, portabello, parmesan, thyme, roasted garlic, sea salt)

Tuesday – Potato Dill Pickle – (organic potato, onion, dill, dill pickle, sun-dried tomato, asiago cheese, Athens Own aged cheddar)

Wednesday – Leek-a-choke Fougasse – (roasted leeks, artichoke, parmesan)

Thursday – Rosemary Olive Couronne – (roasted garlic, rosemary, kalamata olive, Morrocan oil-cured olive)

Saturday – All breads, pizzas and more at the Athens Farmers Market or at store during bad weather.
