Pepperoni: We use premium Hormel pepperoni on each pizza we make. Try it with fresh mushrooms or go all out and make a supreme! You just can’t go wrong with a classic.
Pesto: A unique basil pesto sauce that is swirled right onto the pizza. Try it with artichoke hearts or feta cheese. Vegans beware: Pesto does contain Parmesan Cheese!
Roasted Red Peppers: Sweet, fire-roasted red peppers are a new way to do peppers on your pizza. Substitute them for traditional green peppers and get a whole new taste sensation! Try them with spinach, roasted garlic, or onions.
Sun-Dried Tomatoes: These Italian tomatoes are sun dried and full of flavor! Sun-Dried Tomatoes have a richer, more robust flavor than regular tomatoes and go wonderfully with spinach, feta cheese, or green olives.
Ground Beef: 100% lean ground beef makes for a savory pizza. Great for “Mexican Pizzas”. Goes well with roasted garlic, cheddar cheese, or green peppers.
Roma Tomatoes: These tomatoes are traditionally used in Italian cooking and bring a more authentic taste to pizzas. We never get produce pre-diced or dehydrated, so each tomato is hand chopped daily to bring you the freshest taste in town. Try them with black olives, Italian sausage, or spinach.
Green Peppers: We get large, whole green peppers and hand chop them for your pizza. Fresh produce just tastes better. Try them with onions, fresh mushrooms, or spicy garlic sausage.
Premium Bacon: Our bacon comes from King Family Farms. J.B King supplies us with organic, free range meats from his farm in Amesville. Try it and taste the difference! Goes well with pineapple, ham, or broccoli.
Cheddar Cheese: Hand-grated, mild cheddar is a wonderful compliment to virtually any pizza! No matter the other toppings, we bet they’re good smothered in cheddar! Try it with bacon, broccoli, or on a four-cheese pie.
Gorgonzola Cheese: This Italian Bleu cheese is strong, stinky and delicious! Its' wonderful taste goes well with hearty veggies. Try it with roma tomatoes, sweet corn, or zucchini.
Sweet Yellow Corn: Corn? On pizza? You betcha. Sweet corn kernels can make a veggie pizza perfect. They add the right amount of “crunch” to any creation. Try it with broccoli, spinach, or roma tomatoes.
Roasted Garlic: We roast fresh garlic cloves daily to bring you this one of a kind topping. Once roasted, garlic loses its intensity and mellows out to a peanut-y like flavor. Amazing with pesto, Italian sausage, or jalapenos.
Broccoli: Fresh broccoli florets are hand-cut each morning at Avalanche Pizza. High in fiber and “yum factor” you’ll love broccoli with cheddar, black olives, or roma tomatoes.
Banana Peppers: Most pizza places call these “hot peppers” but they’re actually considered mild. Yellow, crunchy peppers add a little zest to boring pizzas without blowing your top off. Try them with pepperoni, bacon, or ham.
Italian sausage: Our original sausage also comes from King Family Farms. He customized his production just for us by adding Italian seasoning and slicing thin sheets of sausage for an original and delicious difference. Try it with ham, pepperoni or banana peppers.

Green Olives: A great change from the everyday olive! These olives are stronger in flavor and aroma. They go great with ham, chicken, or cheddar cheese.
Ham: No, its not the same as Canadian Bacon. Our lean, juicy ham is another great product from King Family Farms. No antibiotics, no hormones. Just fresh, wonderful ham. Try it with bacon, pineapple or asiago cheese.
Fresh Mushrooms: Hand-sliced each morning, these mushrooms compliment other veggies with their subtle flavor and consistency. Try them with green peppers, roasted red peppers or sun dried tomatoes.
Red Onions: We hand dice delicious red onions each day for our pizzas. Never dehydrated, never frozen. Try them with any other topping, you just can’t go wrong.
Extra Cheese: For real cheese lovers! Our mozzarella/provolone mix is most used by Italian pizziolas. Just ask for extra cheese and we’ll melt an extra helping on top of your pizza creation. It makes everything better!
Spicy Garlic Sausage: This pork sausage is cooked with garlic and spices to create a new taste sensation. Beware! Its very spicy and very good! Try it with onions, banana peppers, or a glass of water.
Artichoke Hearts: Fresh-sliced artichoke hearts are a great meat substitute for veggie lovers! A hearty taste that is complimented with roasted red peppers, asiago cheese, or roasted garlic.

Zucchini: We slice fresh zucchini daily at Avalanche. Technically a green squash, zucchini goes great with sweet corn, gorgonzola cheese or chicken.
Jalapeno Peppers: Now these are hot peppers! Fresh diced jalapenos add a spicy kick and crunch to any pizza! Add them to a “Mexican Pizza” for a south of the border zest!
Feta Cheese: Feta is a soft Greek cheese with a strong and rich flavor. Our crumbled feta melts perfectly into our mozzarella and provolone to provide a smoky taste. Try feta with spinach, chicken, or pesto.
Anchovies: Our Spanish Anchovies are filleted in salty oil and laid whole on our pizzas. They offer a different taste for meat lovers or a creative way to keep your roommate from eating your pizza! Try anchovies with feta cheese, pepperoni, or onions.
Spinach: Fresh chopped spinach is hard to beat on any pizza! High in nutrients and delicious with other veggies, try spinach with black olives, chicken or sun dried tomatoes.
Canned Mushrooms: Canned (or Blanched) mushrooms have a thicker consistency and saltier taste than fresh mushrooms. While fresh mushrooms are recommended for veggie pizzas, canned mushrooms go best with the meats. Try them with pepperoni, Italian sausage, or bacon.
Pineapple: Our sweet, juicy pineapple tidbits make the perfect Hawaiian Pizza! Try them with ham and bacon. We’ve also discovered that many customers enjoy them with pepperoni!
Asiago Cheese: Asiago is a hard Italian chedder. It compliments pineapple, onions and ham with a sweet aftertaste. When put on pepperoni, asiago browns and crisps like parmesan for a “crunchy” effect.
Italian Meatballs: A blend of beef and Italian spices, these HUGE meatballs add serious weight to any pie. Try them with onions, green peppers or cheddar.
Mandarin Oranges: A great alternative to pineapple! This sweet and juicy fruit goes great with ham, chicken or cashews.
Kimchi: A spicy Korean cabbage. For true pizza adventurers, this great topping goes awesome with chcken, jalapeno peppers and spicy sausage.
Cashews: Add a great crunch to your pie! Try cashews with ranch dressing, pineapple, or pastrami.

Salami: Real Genoa Salami, thin sliced. You'll never go back to pepperoni again! Try salami with bacon, fresh mushrooms or roasted red peppers.
Fresh Baby Spinach: Whole leaves of tender baby spinach. Fresh spinach adds a light, subtle taste to every pizza creation. Try it with feta cheese, black olives or roasted red peppers.
Teriyaki Sauce: A sweet Asian glaze swirled atop any pizza of your choosing. Wonderful with Chicken, broccoli, or Sweet Corn.
Rib-eye Steak: Moist, thin-sliced steak will make any pizza a hearty meal. Try it with Mushrooms, "ninja" sauce, or cheddar cheese.
Shrimp: Sweet gulf shrimp (de-veined for your eating pleasure) are bite-sized and delicious! They go great with Feta Cheese, Bacon or Cashews!
Roasted Potatoes: Large chunks of golden potatoes take pizza to a whole new level. Try them with broccoli, ranch dressing or bacon.
Ninja Sauce: Our special blend of hot sauce, wasabi, and honey adds a definite "kick" to any pizza! Swirl it on with Chicken, Jalapenos, or Artichoke Hearts.
