Today, January 15th, 2024, we introduce Delicious homemade LASAGNA from the Avalanche kitchens.
Your choice of either Bechemel cream sauce or Marinara. And Three Lasagne Roulade choices:
1. Sausage Bolognese// or
2. Chicken and Spinach// or
3. Veggie with Zucchini, Fresh Mushrooms and Spinach.
All served with Parmigiano, Aged and Fresh Mozzarella, Asiago and Garlic Ricotta and basil. Only one lasagna type per pan/order example NO -2 veggie rolls and 2 sausage in one pan/order.
